Every exterior painting project begins with a complete cleaning of all surfaces. Depending on the condition of the home, we use pressure washing, hand-washing, or a gentle hose rinse to remove dirt and buildup. We incorporate a Tri-Sodium Phosphate (TSP) solution to break down grime, chalking, mildew, and moss, followed by a thorough rinse to ensure the surface is ready for proper adhesion.

Once the exterior is clean and dry, our team scrapes or wire-brushes any peeling or flaking paint. We then sand rough edges to smooth transition lines and wipe away dust. After the surface is prepared, we spot prime, caulk and fill all necessary seams, cracks, joints, and gaps in siding, stucco, and trim to protect your home from moisture and ensure a long-lasting, professional finish.
